We decided to vary the species and choose the fish taking into account its seasonality and the way it is caught - in a humane and responsible way. We spoke to Mrs. Luísa, who sells us the vegetables, and together we joined forces with the same goal: to give priority to taste and to prefer the farmers most affected by climate change.
